Bodmin Keep is joining Combat Stress in a FREE live screening of a remarkable film that takes a frank and unashamed look at what serving in, and coming out of, the armed forces means to veterans. To mark the centenary of veterans’ mental health, Combat Stress partnered with Age Exchange to create this ground-breaking film into the impact of living with military trauma. This 60 minute film captures the compelling stories of military veterans, including the camaraderie of basic training, fighting on the front line, the devastating impact of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and enduring strength to rebuild lives.
Introduced by David Savill, Artistic Director at Age Exchange, he will talk live about how veterans came together to share their stories with other veterans while giving unfiltered, unguarded and profoundly moving accounts of their experiences. Book your ticket here
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions in a live Q&A with David Savill after the film showing.

Please be aware: the film is not suitable for those aged under 16. It contains strong language, as well as upsetting descriptions of combat, trauma-related events and the realities of living with a serious mental health issue.
