We’re a Heritage Hero!
Cornwall’s Regimental Museum won 2 awards at the Cornwall Heritage Awards last month. Our fantastic volunteers Linda & Freda went along to the glittering ceremony and collected the awards on behalf of the museum!
Cornwall Heritage Awards have been developed to commend museums and heritage organisations’ achievements and celebrate what makes them so special and to give those unsung heroes their greatly deserved moment in the spotlight.
We received Two ‘Highly Commended’s’ for Innovation and Audience Initiative, and the top prize for Heritage Heroes, which we won for our ‘Autism and Sensory Processing Disorders, Relaxed Opening’ .
